Gentlemen, start your engines!
Yes, it's that time of year again, people. The 2010 motor-sport season is now upon us, with the World Super Bike championship having already kicked off and the Formula One teams preparing pack up the vans and do battle in Bahrain this weekend. The MotoGP teams will be heading to Qatar soon for the first Grand Prix of the year and tin tops in many countries will be warming up to take part in their respective Touring Car championships. Hopefully we should see one of the best seasons in recent years with an exceptional field of F1 drivers and the 'Aliens' of MotoGP battling it out for their respective titles.
Over the next week or so, I'm going to write some short previews of a few of my favourite racing series. I'm not going to be comprehensive, as I don't really have the time or the contacts to do an exhaustive preview (go to Autosport, MCN or Motorsport for that); so if you're happy to just read my opinions instead, watch this space.
